Shadow Trooper Lost in Kuala Lumpur

The Malaysian Star Wars fandom is a glorious place. Nothing illustrates just how loved Star Wars is in this part of the world than these collection of photos photographer Vincent Paul Yong captured in anticipation of the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on 17 December 2015.

Traipsing around Kuala Lumpur, Vincent caught the lost Shadow Trooper in a variety of scenes that are just so quintessentially Malaysian — and so far, far away from the galaxy he calls home. Bonus: there’s even a video of their day out!

Shadow Troopers are known for their stealth. And for their close ties with Malaysian celebrities!
