Head to South-East Asia for a bargain
Malaysian travellers need not travel far for the best value city break. When looking at the cost of a three-night city break, the 2015 TripIndex Cities report shows that travellers can find the best value in South-East Asia. Apart from KL, the region has three other best value cities in the top ten, with Hanoi, Bangkok and Manila taking first, fourth and ninth places respectively.
However, if cost of flights is not a concern, travellers can consider visiting the European destinations featured in the best value list; Warsaw, Lisbon and Berlin, which place second, sixth and tenth respectively.
